Apartment Refurbishments – Gardiner Place, Dublin

- Building contained 10 bedsits.
- Building needed to be totally refurbished as was in derelict state.

- Convert 10 bed sits to 4 no 1 bedroom and 1 no 2 bedroom apartments
- Improving living standards.
