- The site is located just off the N20 cork/limerick road
- Two storey dwelling with garage.
- 150m2 floor area.
- 140m2 first floor
The challenge
- Construct an A-rated dwelling
- Use of HRV (heat recovery)
- Instillation of Air to Water heat pump for heating and domestic hot water
- Full fill cavity insulation and insulated slab on all external walls.
- Use of air tight membranes for air tightness.
- Make efficient use of budget .
